   When TAB_LABEL is not defined, move mouse cursor to tabbar will make evilvte

   Fix this by defining TAB_LABEL when SUSE system is detected.

when build on openSUSE Build Serice,

SUSE_DETECTED will be "FALSE", because the file /etc/SuSE-release in not exist.

In OBS, the package " openSUSE-release" which contains the file /etc/SuSE-release

will not be installed by default.

I do it manually by passing the env var SUSE_DETECTED="TRUE" to make,

works fine too.
