Postgresql 不知道為何會產生底下的 error，然後就開不起來。

把 chkconfig init 的 sequence 調到 99，留到最後執行就可以了。
修改 /etc/init.d/postgresql

# server
#
# chkconfig: 2345 99 15
執行
# chkconfig --del postgresql
# chkconfig --add postgresql
